This is a serious psychotic disorder. There are symptoms of schizophrenia such as delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior. Other symptoms include flat affect, lack of speech, or lack of volition; symptoms of major depression or mania. To sum this disorder up – people with this disorder have a disordered thought processes of schizophrenia and also the severe mood disturbances of bipolar disorder. Treatment notes and a mental functional capacity report must gathered from the doctor to show functional limitations.
