Autism 

Psychological tests are key in proving this impairment.  People with autism have a problem with basic sorts of social interactions and communications.  Understanding body language or facial expressions is difficult.  Asperger’s syndrome is closely related to autism but may require more proof before the Social Security Administration since this syndrome does not involve communication problems.  People with Asperger’s syndrome suffer primarily social problems.
